• The Mobility Domain refers to the area within Information Technology that focuses on the engineering, management, and maintenance of all mobile device hardware. This domain encompasses various activities, tools, and processes necessary to ensure that mobile devices function efficiently, reliably, and securely. What you will do:

As noted above, this list is intended to reflect the current job but there may be additional functions that are not referenced. • Provides solutions engineering for iOS/iPadOS and Android platforms.
• Deploys mobile applications through private App store, .ipa or Play Store and .apk
• Conducts root cause analysis to identify problems and prescribes action items to mitigate
• Defines test suites and instrumentation that ensures targets for latency and availability are being consistently met in production
• Evaluates potential attack surfaces in systems under development, identifies best practices to mitigate, and guides teams in their implementation
• Ensures reuse is a first-class consideration in all team implementations and is a passionate advocate for broad reusability
• Observes their environment and identifies opportunities for introducing new approaches to problems

All you will need for success

Minimum Qualifications - Education & Prior Job Experience:

• Bachelor's degree in computer science, Computer Engineering, Technology, Information Systems (CIS/MIS), Engineering or related technical discipline, or equivalent experience/training
• 1+ years of experience designing, developing, and implementing large-scale solutions in production environments

Proficiency with the following technologies:

• Strong knowledge of mobile OS, hardware, networking and security protocols.
• Proven experience reading Sysdiagnose Logs
• Source Control: GitHub, Azure DevOps
• CICD: GitHub Actions, Azure DevOps
• Cloud Providers such as Azure and AWS
• Jamf 200 and / or SOTI MobiControl Support Technician Certifications
• Ability to optimize solutions for performance, resiliency and reliability while maintaining an eye toward simplicity
• Ability to concisely convey ideas verbally, in writing, in code, and in diagrams
• Proficiency in object-oriented design techniques and principles
• Proficiency in Agile methodologies, such as SCRUM
• Proficiency in DevOps Toolchain methodologies, including Continuous Integration and continuous deployment
