Coordinate with vendors for office supplies, maintenance, and utilities. Supervise housekeeping and security staff to ensure upkeep and safety.
Asset & Inventory Management Monitor office inventory levels and reorder supplies as needed.
Compliance & Import & Export Documentation MIS Report Support compliance with workplace safety regulations and internal policies.
Maintain accurate records of all administrative files, contracts, and correspondence.
Ensure timely renewal of agreements, licenses, and permits Coordination and documentation related to custom import & export Assist in internal audits, data protection, and documentation requirements.
Follow-up for entry passes, badges, and logistics. Ensure availability and timely arrangement of display materials, props, and branding items.
Manage post-event packing, storage, and vendor coordination to ensure materials are preserved for reuse.
Resolve vendor-related issues promptly during events. Preferred Attributes: Knowledge of vendor management and basic procurement, Familiarity with basic financial or compliance procedures, Discretion and confidentiality in handling sensitive information
Skill: Excellent communication and organizational skills.
Proficient in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook). Ability to handle multiple tasks and work under pressure
