Job Overview:

We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Accountant to join our Finance team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing the full spectrum of financial transactions, including fixed payments, variable expenses, bank reconciliations, and budgeting activities. A strong understanding of accounting principles and practices is essential, along with the ability to ensure the company’s financial stability and compliance with all regulatory requirements..

Key Responsibilities:

• Maintain and update general ledger accounts; ensure timely closing of books of accounts.

• Manage day-to-day accounting operations including vendor payments, accounts receivable, petty cash, and expense tracking.

• Prepare and analyze financial statements, including balance sheets, profit & loss accounts, and cash flow reports.

• Perform regular bank reconciliations and promptly resolve accounting discrepancies.

• Prepare of GST, TDS, PF, ESI, and other statutory returns within prescribed timelines.

• Coordinate and support internal and statutory audits, including preparation of documentation and audit schedules.

• Manage payroll inputs, employee reimbursements, and record related accounting entries.

• Track inventory and fixed assets; maintain and update depreciation schedules in accordance with accounting standards.

• Assist in budgeting, financial forecasting, and variance analysis.

• Ensure compliance with applicable accounting standards, company policies, and statutory regulations.

Requirements & Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Commerce or Accounting (B.Com / M.Com)

• CA Inter / CMA / MBA (Finance) qualification preferred.

• 3–5 years of relevant accounting experience; industry-specific experience will be an added advantage.

• Proficient in accounting software, especially Tally Prime.

• Strong understanding of Indian Accounting Standards and direct/indirect taxation laws.

• Excellent analytical skills with keen attention to detail.

• Strong communication and interpersonal abilities.

• Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a fast-paced work environment.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
