We are looking for an experienced and proactive
Senior eCommerce Business Analyst
with strong functional expertise in
Salesforce Commerce Cloud
to join our global eCommerce team. The ideal candidate will have a problem-solving mindset, a passion for digital commerce, and a successful track record of delivering end-to-end business analysis on medium to large-scale projects.As part of a dynamic Scrum team, you will contribute to the development of a global omnichannel eCommerce solution that serves millions of users across 30+ markets and supports over 15 languages. Your role will involve close collaboration with business stakeholders, international partners, and cross-functional teams to analyze, document, and validate requirements, drive process improvements, and execute rollout activities that enhance the online shopping experience.
Key Responsibilities include:
- Lead planning, analysis, and implementation of eCommerce solutions tailored for global markets.
- Document and analyze current and future business processes to identify improvement opportunities and suggest innovative solutions.
- Translate business needs into detailed functional requirements, distinguishing between requests and underlying business objectives.
- Create comprehensive documentation, including use cases, user stories, acceptance criteria, process flowcharts, UI/UX mockups, and other relevant artifacts.
- Actively participate in sprint planning, grooming, and review sessions; clearly communicate requirement expectations to development teams.
- Evaluate and recommend functional solutions based on Salesforce Commerce Cloud capabilities to meet localized market requirements.
- Configure and manage Salesforce Commerce Cloud Business Manager settings to align with specific market needs.
- Collaborate with System Integrators (SI partners) and cross-cloud teams to deliver integrated eCommerce solutions.
- Support business and QA teams in test case creation, feature validation, and end-to-end testing processes.
- Assist in User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and global rollout activities, ensuring successful deployment across markets.
- Develop and maintain training materials for business users and regional support teams on Business Manager and platform functionalities.
- Manage multiple initiatives, tasks, and priorities efficiently in a fast-paced, changing environment.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- 8–9 years of experience as a Salesforce Business Analyst with a focus on eCommerce platforms.
- Minimum of 5 years of hands-on Salesforce Commerce Cloud (SFCC) experience, including expertise in Business Manager configuration.
- In-depth knowledge of the Salesforce ecosystem and passion for solving eCommerce challenges.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and detail-oriented approach to business analysis.
- Ability to conceptualize and articulate business solutions creatively and strategically.
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, with confidence in presenting to diverse stakeholder groups (5–20 participants).
- Proven ability to manage global requirements and model solutions that address cross-market needs.
- Proficiency in tools like JIRA, Confluence, or similar project management platforms.
- Experience in enterprise-level eCommerce deployments, including post-deployment support.
- Previous experience working within Agile/Scrum teams in a multicultural, global environment.
- Familiarity with SQL, CMS platforms, and Google Analytics (preferred but not mandatory).
