Job Description:  Engage with potential clients to understand their data science & analytics needs and challenges, acting as a trusted advisor  Craft innovative data science and AI solutions that address client’s needs  Design end-to-end AI/ML and advanced analytics architectures  Create compelling proposals and presentations that communicate our value proposition effectively  Present solutions to C-level executives and technical stakeholders, articulating business value and technical feasibility  Stay informed about emerging trends in AI/ML, deep learning, cloud computing, and modern data architectures to influence solution strategy  Partner with Product engineering, and delivery teams to ensure alignment between solutions and execution capabilities  Develop reusable frameworks, accelerators, best practices and participate in thought leadership activities Qualifications & Experience:  14+ years of experience in data science, AI/ML or enterprise analytics, with at least 5 years in solution architecture role  Proven expertise in designing and architecting AI/ML and data science solutions across modern cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) and big data ecosystems  Hands-on knowledge of AI/ML frameworks (TensorFlow, PyTorch, Scikit-learn), data science platforms (Databricks, Snowflake, SageMaker), and data visualization tools  Strong understanding of MLOps, model governance, data governance, security, and compliance considerations  Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to engage both technical and non-technical audiences  Strong problem-solving and adaptability skills with an ability to work independently and as part of a team Behavioral Skills:  Take ownership and accountability of outcomes, ensuring successful solution delivery and client satisfaction  Exhibit excellent written and verbal communication skills, effectively conveying complex information  Demonstrate strong problem-solving abilities, addressing challenges with innovative solutions  Foster a collaborative team environment and show self-driven initiative to achieve goals If you are passionate about leading teams to deliver impactful data science, AI/ML or analytics solutions, possess strong technical and consulting expertise, and are committed to achieving exceptional client satisfaction, we encourage you to apply for this exciting opportunity.
