Role Description This is a full-time on-site Software Developer Intern role located in Varanasi. The Software Developer Intern will be responsible for back-end web development, software development, programming, and object-oriented programming as part of their day-to-day tasks. About the Internship We’re looking for a Software Developer Intern who is enthusiastic about coding, solving real-world problems, and eager to work on innovative projects. This is a great opportunity to gain hands-on experience in the full software development lifecycle—right from ideation and design to deployment. You’ll work closely with our engineering and product teams to build applications and tools that make a difference. And who knows—you might also land a full-time opportunity with us post-internship. Key Responsibilities Assist in designing, developing, and testing scalable software applications. Write clean, efficient, and well-documented code using languages like PHP, Laravel, JavaScript, HTML, or similar. Participate in code reviews, bug fixes, and performance improvements. Collaborate with product managers and UI/UX designers to understand requirements and deliver solutions. Learn and apply software development best practices, including version control (Git), agile methodologies, and CI/CD pipelines. Debug and resolve software defects and technical issues. Explore and implement APIs, libraries, and new technologies as needed. Eligibility Criteria Able to commit full-time for the internship period (typically 3 months). Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Computer Science, IT, Engineering, or a related field. Familiarity with at least one or more programming languages such as JavaScript, PHP/Laravel, React, Java, or C++. Understanding of front-end and/or back-end technologies (e.g., Laravel, HTML/CSS, React, Node.js, etc.). Basic knowledge of databases (MySQL) Willingness to learn, grow, and contribute to real development projects. Experience or solid foundational knowledge of full-stack web development is a plus.
