Job Title: Software Developer – Fresher (ASP.Net) Location: Head Office, ICA Edu Skills, Kolkata Experience Required: 0 to 1 year Reporting To: IT ERP Development Team Lead Company Overview: ICA Edu Skills is a leading vocational training and skill development organization dedicated to empowering youth with job-ready skills. We are expanding our IT ERP Development team and are looking for enthusiastic fresher candidates with a passion for coding and learning. Key Responsibilities: Assist in the development and maintenance of ERP modules using ASP.Net technologies. Work on debugging, testing, and documentation of software applications. Collaborate with senior developers and team members on project deliverables. Participate in the software development lifecycle and contribute to process improvement. Learn and adapt to new tools, frameworks, and best practices under guidance. Required Skills: Basic knowledge of ASP.Net / C# and related technologies. Understanding of HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and SQL Server. Strong logical and analytical thinking. Ability to work in a team environment and willingness to learn new skills. Good communication skills and professional attitude. Eligibility: B.Tech / BCA / MCA / B.Sc. (IT/CS) graduates from recognized institutions (2023/2024 pass outs preferred). Final year students eligible for internship may also apply (internship stipend ₹10,000 per month). Candidates with up to 1 year of relevant experience are encouraged to apply. Hiring Options: We are open to the following modes of engagement: Direct recruitment of fresher candidates with ASP.Net knowledge (0–1 year experience). Hiring recent pass-outs from Techno India or other associated technology colleges through internal/external placement support.
