This role is perfect for someone who lives and breathes content, understands platform algorithms, and knows how to drive engagement, traffic, and brand visibility through social media.Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute a comprehensive social media strategy across platforms like Instagram, LinkedIn and Twitter/X to boost brand awareness and audience growth.

• Create, schedule, and manage engaging content (text, image, video, Reels/Shorts, Stories, etc.) that aligns with the brand voice and business goals.

• Monitor, analyze, and report on social media metrics to continuously improve performance (engagement, followers, reach, conversions, etc.).

• Collaborate with design, performance, and content teams to create platform-specific campaigns that support marketing objectives.

• Stay up-to-date with the latest social media trends, tools, platform updates, and emerging formats to keep the brand ahead of the curve.

• Engage with the online community, respond to comments/messages, and manage brand reputation across social channels.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree

• 2–3 years of experience in social media marketing, preferably in a digital-first or consumer-focused brand.

• Strong understanding of social media platforms, content trends, and analytics tools (Meta Business Suite, LinkedIn Insights, Instagram Analytics, etc.).

• Experience in using social media scheduling and management tools

• A creative mindset with a strong eye for design, copy, and video storytelling.

• Excellent communication and organizational skills.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹300,000.00 - ₹600,000.00 per year

Schedule:

• Day shift
