Role Overview

As a Social Media Marketing Specialist

Key Responsibilities

• Plan, create, and publish content across platforms, including Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, and Threads
• Run engaging social media campaigns that drive audience interaction and event awareness
• Track and respond to trends, memes, and conversations to keep content timely and fun
• Collaborate with internal teams to align content with marketing goals and brand identity
• Analyze performance metrics and adjust strategies for continuous improvement
• Actively engage with fans across platforms and support live event coverage
• Travel to different cities as required for on-ground event support and content capture

Qualifications

• 4 years of hands-on experience in social media marketing and content creation
• Strong grasp of digital and social media trends
• Excellent copywriting and communication skills

• Deep knowledge of and enthusiasm for pop culture

  —comics, anime, gaming, movies, fandoms, etc.
• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment

• Must be open to frequent travel for events

• 6-day work week (on-site in Gurugram)

Bonus Points (Not Mandatory, But a Big Plus):

• Well-versed in social media analysis tools like

  Meta Business Suite

• Strong aesthetic sense

  and understanding of visual storytelling
• Experience designing using

  Canva

  or other graphic tools
