What you’ll own

• Strategy & Planning:

  Develop social media plans that hit our brand goals.

• Content Creation:

  Craft thumb‑stopping posts—text, images, and short videos.

• Video Editing:

  Turn raw clips into polished stories using Canva, CapCut, DaVinci Resolve, Premiere Pro, or similar.

• Performance Reporting:

  Track metrics, spot trends, and deliver clear, actionable insights.

• Trend Scouting:

  Stay on top of emerging formats and platform updates to spark engagement.

• Cross‑Team Collaboration:

  Work with marketing, design, and ops to keep our voice consistent.

• Ad Campaigns:

  Plan, launch, and optimize paid social, managing budgets like a pro.

• Community Engagement:

  Reply to comments, answer questions, and nurture our followers.

• Competitor Analysis:

  Keep tabs on peers and fine‑tune tactics based on what’s working.

• You turn numbers into narratives, using data to guide your next move.
• You communicate with ease, building rapport across teams and with followers.
• You juggle projects and deadlines without dropping the ball.
• You sweat the small stuff but never lose sight of the big picture.

Must‑Have Experience & Skills

• Bachelor’s in Marketing, Communications, or related field. ( optional )
• 1 year of hands‑on social media marketing.
• Comfort with analytics tools (platform insights, Google Analytics) and schedulers (Hootsuite, Sprout Social, etc.).
• Strong writing and editing—clear, concise, compelling.
• Video editing chops in at least one of: Canva, CapCut, DaVinci Resolve, Premiere Pro (bonus points for more).
