Job Title: Trainer / Training Manager Location: Noida UP Reports to: HR Manager / CEO / Department Head About Us: We are a multidisciplinary agency providing design, development, SEO, PPC, social media, video, photo, and editing services. Job Summary: As a Training Manager, you will be responsible for developing, implementing, and overseeing comprehensive training programs for internal teams across departments (design, development, SEO, PPC, social media, video/photo editing) and for batches of external resources. You will ensure that all resources are aligned with process policies, stay up-to-date with industry best practices, and have access to relevant skill development opportunities. You will also play a pivotal role in maintaining a culture of learning, growth, and accountability. Key Responsibilities: ✅ Develop and implement structured training programs for each department in consultation with department heads. ✅ Create training materials, manuals, SOPs, and process documents tailored to specific roles and departments. ✅ Conduct regular training sessions, workshops, and refreshers to ensure adherence to agency processes and policies. ✅ Evaluate training needs of internal teams and create personalized development plans. ✅ Coordinate and lead training batches for external resources (students, interns, or professionals), covering key areas of our services. ✅ Identify and collaborate with external experts and trainers when necessary to bring in new perspectives and updates. ✅ Track and report on training effectiveness, engagement, and skill upgrades. ✅ Continuously update training materials to keep pace with new tools, technologies, and best practices in each discipline. ✅ Foster a culture of continuous learning and knowledge sharing within the agency. Qualifications & Experience: ✅ Bachelor’s degree in Education, HR, Marketing, IT, or a related field. ✅ 3-5 years of experience in a similar role within an agency or creative/digital environment. ✅ Strong understanding of design, development, SEO, PPC, social media, and video/photo production processes. ✅ Proven experience in creating and delivering training programs. ✅ Excellent communication and presentation skills. ✅ Ability to manage multiple training programs and adapt content for different audiences (internal staff vs external batches). ✅ Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
