About the Role:

We are seeking a motivated and results-driven SEO Team Leader to join our digital marketing team. In this role, you will be responsible for planning, implementing, and managing SEO strategies, as well as leading a small team of SEO executives to ensure top performance and measurable growth in search engine rankings.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement effective SEO strategies (On-page, Off-page, Technical)
• Supervise and mentor a team of SEO Executives
• Perform keyword research, competitive analysis, and content recommendations
• Monitor and report on key SEO metrics (traffic, ranking, conversions)
• Collaborate with content, design, and development teams to execute SEO-friendly website updates
• Stay updated with the latest trends, algorithm updates, and industry best practices
• Conduct website audits and prepare detailed reports
• Manage backlink-building activities and local SEO campaigns

Requirements:

• 1–2 years of proven experience in SEO (preferably in an agency or team lead role)
• Strong knowledge of Google Analytics, Search Console, Ahrefs, SEMrush, or similar tools
• Understanding of HTML, CSS, and website CMS (WordPress preferred)
• Excellent communication, leadership, and organizational skills
• Ability to multitask and manage priorities in a fast-paced environment
