SEO Team Leader

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced SEO Team Leader to manage and drive our SEO strategy. The ideal candidate will be responsible for leading a team, planning and executing SEO campaigns, and improving organic search visibility to drive traffic and conversions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement effective SEO strategies (on-page, off-page, and technical SEO)
• Lead and mentor a team of SEO executives and content writers
• Conduct keyword research, competitor analysis, and content gap analysis
• Monitor website performance using tools like Google Analytics, Search Console, SEMrush, and Ahrefs
• Optimize website content, landing pages, and blog posts for search engines
• Collaborate with developers and designers to ensure SEO best practices
• Stay up-to-date with search engine algorithm changes and industry trends
• Generate and present weekly/monthly SEO reports to management
• Identify growth opportunities and recommend improvements for website structure and content

Required Skills and Qualifications:

• 2–5 years of proven SEO experience, with at least 1 year in a leadership role
• Strong understanding of Google algorithms and ranking factors
• Hands-on experience with tools like Google Analytics, Search Console, SEMrush, Ahrefs, Screaming Frog
• Knowledge of HTML, CSS, and basic technical SEO
• Excellent communication, analytical, and project management skills
• Ability to lead, train, and motivate a team effectively
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, IT, or a related field preferred

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Fresher

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
