SEO Team Leader

Overview
We are seeking an experienced and motivated SEO Team Leader to join our dynamic digital marketing team. The ideal candidate will possess a strong understanding of search engine optimization strategies and be adept at leading a team to improve our online visibility and drive organic traffic. This role requires a blend of technical expertise, analytical skills, and leadership capabilities to ensure the successful execution of SEO initiatives.

Duties

• Lead and mentor a team of SEO specialists to develop and implement effective SEO strategies.
• Conduct comprehensive keyword research to identify opportunities for content optimization.
• Utilize tools such as Google Search Console and Google Tag Manager to monitor website performance and track key metrics.
• Optimize website content, including metadata, headings, and images, to enhance search engine rankings.
• Collaborate with content creators to ensure alignment with SEO best practices for all published materials.
• Analyze competitors' strategies and industry trends to identify areas for improvement.
• Implement conversion optimization techniques to increase user engagement and drive conversions.
• Stay updated on the latest SEO trends, algorithm changes, and industry developments.
• Prepare regular reports on SEO performance, providing insights and recommendations for continuous improvement.

Experience

• Proven experience in a leadership role within an SEO or digital marketing team.
• Strong familiarity with content management systems such as WordPress.
• Proficient in using Google Search Console, Google Tag Manager, and other relevant SEO tools.
• Experience in conversion optimization strategies that enhance user experience and drive results.
