Senior UX Designer

Design-led Indian unicorns & soonicorns are seeking a visionary Senior UX Designer with 3-5 years of experience to lead the design for one of their core product verticals. What You'll Do (Your Responsibilities):

• Own UX Strategy:

  Take full ownership of the user experience for a major product area, from initial research and concept to high-fidelity prototypes and final implementation.

• Solve Complex Problems:

  Tackle complex user workflows and transform them into intuitive, accessible, and easy-to-use designs for both web and mobile platforms.

• Lead & Mentor:

  Act as a thought leader within the design team, mentoring junior designers, leading design critiques, and advocating for user-centered design principles across the organization.

• Drive Research:

  Plan and lead user research initiatives, including user interviews, usability testing, and data analysis, to uncover deep insights that guide the product roadmap.

• Build Design Systems:

  Contribute to and evolve our comprehensive design system, ensuring consistency, scalability, and efficiency across all product touchpoints.

What We're Looking For (Your Qualifications):

• Experience:

  3-5 years of professional experience in UX/UI design, with a portfolio that demonstrates strong problem-solving skills and experience with complex applications.
