Role Overview

We’re looking for an experienced Senior Test Automation Engineer to lead test automation efforts across web and mobile platforms. You will play a key role in ensuring high product quality, mentoring junior QA engineers, and championing modern QA practices within agile teams.

Key Responsibilities

Design and lead the development of automation solutions for web, iOS, and Android applications.

Build and maintain robust, scalable test automation frameworks.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams in an Agile/Scrum environment to deliver high-quality releases.

Perform API testing and integrate automation into CI/CD pipelines (e.g., Jenkins, Git).

Mentor junior QA engineers and promote QA best practices across the organization.

Must-Have Skills

Hands-on experience with Selenium and Appium

Strong knowledge of WebDriver and mobile testing

Proficient in TestNG or JUnit

Familiarity with CI/CD tools like Jenkins or Git

Experience in API Testing

Programming knowledge in Java or Python (optional but preferred)

Preferred Attributes

Strong debugging and analytical skills

Excellent communication and team collaboration abilities

Exposure to performance testing or security testing tools is a plus
