Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Process Analyst based in Hyderabad. The Process Analyst will be responsible for analyzing business processes, identifying areas for improvement, and implementing solutions to enhance efficiency. Daily tasks include managing and improving business processes, conducting detailed analysis, and effectively communicating findings and recommendations. The Process Analyst will collaborate with various departments to ensure smooth process integration and management.

• Experience in Business Process Improvement and Business Process Management
• Proficiency in managing and analyzing business processes
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
• Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field
• Experience in project management is a plus
