Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, and deploy customized solutions on the Salesforce platform using

  Apex

• Lead and mentor a team of developers, ensuring quality standards, code reviews, and knowledge sharing.
• Work with stakeholders to gather requirements, translate them into scalable Salesforce solutions, and ensure delivery within timelines.
• Build and configure

  Salesforce Experience Cloud (Communities)

  portals.
• Implement and manage business process automation using

  Salesforce Flow

  and Process Builder.
• Integrate Salesforce with other systems via

  REST/SOAP APIs

  , middleware, and third-party tools.
• Troubleshoot and fix performance issues and bugs, while ensuring system scalability and security.
• Ensure adherence to Salesforce best practices in development, deployment, and data handling.
  

Qualifications:

• 6+ years of hands-on experience in Salesforce development.
• Proven experience in

  leading Salesforce development teams

  or mentoring junior developers.
• Strong proficiency in

  Apex

  Visualforce

  LWC

  , and

  Aura Framework

  .
• Deep understanding of

  Salesforce architecture

  , data models, and development lifecycle.
• Experience working with

• Hands-on experience with

• Expertise in

  Salesforce integration methods

  including REST and SOAP APIs.
• Strong debugging, troubleshooting, and performance optimization skills.

• Salesforce certifications like

  Platform Developer I/II
