Senior Salesforce Developer

The role available is for a Full-time Permanent position based in Chennai, Tamil Nadu. The ideal candidate should have over 7 years of experience and will be responsible for the development and maintenance of Salesforce applications. The main focus will be on custom Salesforce development and integration with third-party services. Collaboration with other engineers and developers across different infrastructure layers is key, emphasizing collaborative problem-solving, sophisticated design, and quality product creation. Your responsibilities will include translating functional requirements into technical specifications, designing and implementing high-performance, reusable, and reliable Apex code following best practices. It is crucial to ensure the application's quality, take ownership of project work, develop client relationships, identify bugs during debugging, write test classes with over 85% code coverage, test bug fixes, and validate and deploy them to production. The required skills and qualifications for this role include proficiency in Apex development, experience with editors such as Visual Studio Code, Visualforce page development, Lightning component development (UI and JavaScript), and optional experience in Lightning web components. Additionally, a strong understanding of Salesforce Integration, Community Cloud, effective communication with customers for Salesforce consultation, excellent problem-solving skills, hands-on administration setup experience, and the ability to design custom objects, fields, picklists, workflows, approval processes, validation rules, tabs, reports, Visualforce pages, dashboards, and email generation is needed. Education background preferred includes BEng (IT, CE, CS, EC), BSc, MSc (CS), BCA, or MCA, and any Salesforce certification would be advantageous.
