· Bachelor's degree in science, Pharmacy, Biomedical Engineering, or related field. MBA in Marketing/Sales is preferred.
· 10â15 years of experience in medical devices or disposable medical products, with at least 5 years in a leadership role in medical disposable devices
· Proven track record in B2C or institutional sales in the healthcare domain.
· Strong understanding of medical tubing products (Infusion therapy products, Respiratory products, anaesthesia products, surgery & Urology products) is a major advantage.
· Strategic thinking and execution
· Strong leadership and team management
· Excellent communication and negotiation skills
· Business development and client relationship skills
