Senior Sales Manager

Job Summary:

We are seeking a result-oriented and dynamic Field Sales Manager to lead and expand banking sales operations across multiple locations in Rajasthan. The role involves managing a field sales team, generating business through customer acquisition, and promoting banking products such as savings accounts, loans, credit cards, and insurance

Key Responsibilities:

• Recruit, train, and manage a team of Field Sales Executives
• Drive customer acquisition through field sales activities
• Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets for banking products
• Monitor team performance and ensure adherence to sales processes
• Conduct market mapping and area planning for territory coverage
• Maintain strong relationships with customers and ensure repeat business
• Ensure compliance with regulatory and operational guidelines
• Prepare daily/weekly reports and communicate business updates to seniors

Candidate Profile:

• Graduate with 2–5 years of field sales experience in Banking, BFSI, or Financial Services
• Proven experience in team handling and direct customer acquisition
• Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills
• Must be willing to travel extensively within assigned territory
• Good understanding of local market dynamics in Rajasthan
• Self-motivated with a result-driven approach
