Job Title: Sr. Power BI Developer

Job Description:

We are hiring a Senior Power BI Developer with 4+ years of experience to join our team in Pune. The ideal candidate should have expertise in Power BI development, data modeling, and DAX, along with hands-on experience in SQL and data visualization.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop, design, and maintain Power BI dashboards and reports.
• Perform data modeling, DAX calculations, and Power Query transformations.
• Connect Power BI to various data sources (SQL, Excel, SharePoint, etc.).
• Optimize data refresh, report performance, and security settings.
• Work closely with stakeholders to understand reporting needs and deliver insights.
• Ensure best practices in Power BI development and governance.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• 4+ years of experience in Power BI development.
• Strong knowledge of DAX, Power Query, and data modeling.
• Proficiency in SQL queries and database management.
• Experience with Power BI service, gateway, and security settings.
• Ability to handle large datasets and performance tuning.
• Good communication skills to interact with stakeholders.

Preferred Skills (Good to Have):

• Experience in Power Automate, Power Apps, or SharePoint integration.
• Knowledge of ETL processes and data warehousing concepts.
