Job Title: Business Development Executive – GEM Portal Expert Location: Kharadi, Pune Job Type: Full-Time (Work From Office Only) Experience Required: Minimum 2 Years Industry: IT Services Job Summary: We are looking for a Business Development Executive – GEM Portal Expert who will be responsible for identifying and managing government tenders on the GEM (Government e-Marketplace) portal and other tendering platforms. The ideal candidate should have at least 2 years of hands-on experience with GEM portal operations, including end-to-end tender application processes. Key Responsibilities: Search, identify, and evaluate relevant tenders on GEM and other government/third-party tender portals . Manage the entire tendering process including documentation, submission, follow-ups, and compliance requirements. Maintain accurate records of submitted tenders and their statuses. Coordinate with internal teams (technical, finance, legal) for gathering required documents and inputs for tender submissions. Monitor tender alerts, corrigendums, and deadline reminders.
