Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled and strategic Senior Performance Marketing Executive to lead our performance media initiatives. This role requires a deep understanding of digital marketing, data analytics, and media buying to drive measurable results for our clients. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in developing and executing performance-driven media strategies across various digital platforms. On any given day you might Strategy Development: Design and implement comprehensive performance media strategies that align with client objectives, ensuring maximum ROI. Campaign Management: Oversee the planning, execution, and optimization of digital media campaigns across platforms such as Google Ads, Facebook, Instagram, programmatic, and other emerging channels. Data Analysis: Analyze campaign performance data to identify trends, insights, and opportunities for optimization. Prepare regular performance reports and present findings to clients and internal stakeholders. Team Leadership: Mentor and lead a team of media planners and analysts, fostering a culture of collaboration, continuous improvement, and professional development. Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, serving as a trusted advisor on performance media strategies and best practices. Budget Management: Manage and allocate media budgets effectively to maximize performance and achieve client KPIs. Industry Trends: Stay up-to-date with the latest industry trends, technologies, and best practices in performance media and digital marketing. Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with creative, analytics, and account management teams to ensure cohesive campaign execution and delivery of client goals. The ideal person Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field; MBA preferred. 3+ years of experience in digital media, with a focus on performance marketing. Strong understanding of digital marketing channels, analytics tools, and performance metrics. Proven experience in managing large media budgets and delivering measurable results. Excellent analytical skills with a data-driven mindset and proficiency in data visualization tools. Strong leadership and team management skills, with the ability to motivate and develop talent. Exceptional communication and presentation skills, with the ability to convey complex information to clients and stakeholders. Knowledge of SEO, PPC, display advertising, social media marketing, and other digital marketing strategies.
