Senior Performance Marketer (with agency experience across D2C, SaaS, and B2B Brands)

Performance Marketer


If you love numbers but also know the creative drives the click — if you’ve handled multiple client accounts, juggled different funnels, and still found ways to crush CAC and ROAS goals — this role is made for you.

What We Expect From You


  • Plan, execute, and optimize Meta and Google Ads campaigns across various funnels — including awareness, lead generation, conversions, and remarketing.


  • Manage multiple client accounts, each with different audiences, goals, and tones — while ensuring consistently strong results.


  • Collaborate closely with content and design teams to craft scroll-stopping creatives and ad copies.


  • Monitor and optimize for performance metrics such as CAC, ROAS, CTR, CVR, and LTV — obsess over what matters.


  • Conduct audience research, A/B test angles, and iterate based on what performs — not what feels safe.


  • Track pixel and conversion events, set up proper attribution, and ensure reliable data flow.


  • Analyze campaign performance and prepare concise reports with actionable takeaways.


  • Stay on top of platform updates, ad trends, and algorithm changes to give clients a competitive edge.


Skills Required:


  • 3–5 years of performance marketing experience at a digital marketing agency or performance-first setup.


  • Proven success in managing Meta and Google campaigns across D2C, SaaS, B2B, and service industries.


  • Strong understanding of full-funnel campaign building and performance scaling.


  • Deep experience with ad account structuring, tracking setups (pixel, GA4, Events Manager), and retargeting.


  • Analytical thinking — ability to draw insights from data and take decisive actions.


  • Creative judgment — an eye for what works creatively, what grabs attention, and what tells a story in 3 seconds.


  • Experience collaborating with creative teams, providing briefs, and guiding iterations.


  • Familiarity with platforms like Google Analytics, Meta Business Suite, Looker Studio, and ad libraries.


  • Bonus: Hands-on with tools like Hotjar, Webflow, Zapier, Unbounce, or marketing automation platforms.

A Few Extra Notes


  • You’ll manage media spends ranging from ₹1L to ₹20L+ monthly across accounts — we expect ownership of numbers and outcomes.


  • Creative testing and iteration is a big part of this role — your ability to think like a storyteller will be as valuable as your ability to optimize like a media buyer.


  • You’ll contribute to DigiCrackers’ internal brand growth as well — not just client accounts.
