Who We're Looking For

battle-tested Performance Marketer

Key Responsibilities

• Launch & manage

  Meta (FB + IG) and Google Ads (Search, YT, Display)

  with daily performance optimization
• Own end-to-end

  funnel strategy

  : from offer angles, landing pages, email flows, to retargeting
• Run

  A/B tests

  on ad creatives, copy, audience segments, placements, and landing pages
• Work closely with the founder & fulfillment head (Pranjal) to hit clear

  ROAS & CPL targets

• Use tools like GA4, Tag Manager, and UTM tracking for data attribution & reporting
• Collaborate with automation experts for

  ActiveCampaign, WhatsApp API, and CRM workflows

• Maintain

  daily campaign health dashboards

  and report weekly wins/lessons
• Proactively suggest

  new funnels, hooks, or channel experiments

Requirements

• 2-4 years of

  hands-on performance marketing

  experience in coaching/edtech/high-ticket verticals
• Have run accounts with

  ₹10L–₹50L monthly ad budgets

• Expert in

  copywriting for cold traffic

  using frameworks like AIDA, PAS, and direct response persuasion
• Strong technical grip on

  GA4, Meta Events, Pixel, GTM, UTM

  , and performance analytics
• Familiar with

  funnels

  (Webinar, VSL, Lead Magnet, SLOs) and tools like

  ClickFunnels, FlexiFunnels, etc

• Experience with

  ActiveCampaign, WhatsApp tools (Aisensy, Interakt, Pabbly)

  preferred
• High ownership mindset — doesn’t wait to be told what to do
• Able to

  deliver from Day 1

  with minimal hand-holding
