Job Summary:

The Operations Executive is responsible for overseeing the daily operations of assigned bus routes, ensuring a smooth and efficient service that meets customer expectations. This role focuses on managing buses and crews, minimising delays, and enhancing the overall customer journey to maintain high Net Promoter Scores (NPS).


Key Responsibilities:


1. Customer Experience:

> Ensure a seamless and enjoyable journey for all passengers.

> Address and resolve customer complaints and issues shared by the customer experience team promptly.


2. Bus Management:

> Oversee the scheduling and maintenance of buses to ensure reliability and safety. > Availability and assignment coordination for the buses.

> Coordinate with the maintenance team for timely repairs and servicing of buses.

> Monitor bus conditions and ensure they meet Zingbus standards


3. Delay Control:

> Implement strategies to minimise delays and improve on-time performance.

> Analyse delay reports and take corrective actions to prevent recurrence.




4. Crew Management:

> Manage and supervise the crew, including drivers and support staff.

> Regular refresher Training to Marshals.


5. Operational Efficiency:

> Optimise route planning and resource allocation to enhance operational efficiency.

> Ensure compliance with all regulatory and safety requirements.

> Implement best practices to improve overall route management processes.


6. Reporting and Analysis:

> Prepare and present regular reports on route performance, accidents, breakdown, customer feedback, and operational metrics.

> Use data-driven insights to identify areas for improvement and implement changes.


7. Vendor Management:

> New Vendor On boarding for new Maxx Routes.

> Coordination with existing Vendors to share daily count.

> Take care of Billing of existing and new vendors.


8. Rest Stop Management:

> New Rest Stop On boarding for new Maxx Routes as per the SOP by visiting and checking compliance.

> Coordination with existing Rest stops.

> Take care of billing existing and new Rest stops.


9. Stakeholder’s Management:

> Coordination with internal and external stakeholders for smooth operations.
