Job Summary: We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Senior Manager to lead Sales and Operations for our high-growth ed-tech organization. This role involves developing and executing strategies to drive renewals, improve operational efficiency, strengthen team performance, and contribute to revenue growth through effective leadership, customer insight, and data-driven decision-making. Key Responsibilities: Leadership & Team Management Build, lead, and retain a high-performing sales operations team. Implement strategies for employee engagement and attrition control. Conduct regular training programs for teachers and operations staff. Foster effective cross-functional collaboration for seamless process execution. Customer Retention & Relationship Management Analyze customer behavior to develop tailored renewal and retention strategies. Implement customer-centric policies to ensure high satisfaction and engagement. Create and monitor referral and upselling strategies to boost retention and ARPU. Operational Excellence Understand and optimize the complete operations cycle. Design and implement SOPs to enhance the renewal and post-sales experience. Analyze operational data and pain points to drive continuous improvement. Renewals Strategy & Revenue Growth Define and monitor renewal targets aligned with company goals. Develop and execute strategies to increase ARPU and explore new revenue streams. Provide accurate forecasts and performance reports to senior leadership. Explore partnerships and collaborations to strengthen the supply side of the business. Market & Competitive Intelligence Track market trends and competitor activities to stay ahead in the industry. Identify and capitalize on new market opportunities. Communication Ensure clear, effective, and proactive communication across teams and stakeholders. Ideal Candidate Profile: Minimum 3 years of leadership experience in sales or operations. Background in ed-tech or experience as a Center Head in a similar startup is highly preferred. Strong understanding of customer lifecycle management. Proven experience in handling business operations and driving cross-functional initiatives. Graduate/Postgraduate degree from a recognized institution. Passion for working in fast-paced, high-growth environments.
