Job Title: Senior Java Developer (Tech Lead)

Key Responsibilities:

Independently code and test Java applications.
Lead and mentor a team of developers with code reviews and technical guidance.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver scalable solutions.
Architect and implement microservices-based backend systems.
Optimize performance and enforce secure coding practices.
Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical challenges.

Requirements:

5–8 years of hands-on experience with Java and backend development.
Strong in memory/CPU/networking efficiency and security best practices.
Solid understanding of MySQL (schema design, indexing, query tuning).
Proficiency in Linux/Unix and Windows systems.
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related field.

Preferred:
