Key Responsibilities: Oversee end-to-end HR functions: recruitment, onboarding, payroll, attendance, performance tracking, and employee engagement. Manage administrative operations: inventory, vendor coordination, compliance, and infrastructure support. Assist with school finance tasks: petty cash handling, invoice processing, budget tracking, and liaising with the accounts department. Support leadership with data-driven reports and documentation. Maintain a harmonious, efficient, and value-driven campus environment. Eligibility Criteria: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or Commerce/Finance. Proven experience in HR/Admin with a working knowledge of financial documentation. Proficient in MS Office, HRMS, and basic accounting tools.
