Senior HR Manager

Position: Human Resources (HR) Manager

Location: Opposite Sabha school, Road, Puthiyara, Kozhikode, Kerala 673004

Salary: ₹20,000 – ₹40,000 (Based on experience)

We are looking for a dynamic and experienced Human Resources (HR) Manager to lead and elevate the HR function at our organization. This is a critical leadership role that requires a strategic thinker with deep HR expertise and the ability to drive a high-performance, people-first culture.

The ideal candidate will bring a blend of professionalism, empathy, and operational excellence, and will play a key role in aligning our people strategy with overall business goals. Prior experience in retail or textile businesses is a strong advantage.

Key Responsibilities:

Design and execute HR strategies aligned with organizational objectives

Lead end-to-end recruitment, onboarding, and talent acquisition processes

Build a strong culture through employee engagement, retention, and motivation initiatives

Manage performance review cycles and implement performance improvement frameworks

Act as a trusted liaison between management and staff, addressing grievances and ensuring a healthy work environment

Ensure full legal compliance with all HR-related regulations and labor laws

Maintain accurate employee records and generate reports for senior management

Coordinate training, upskilling, and employee development programs

Champion diversity, inclusion, and team-building efforts across the organization

Qualifications:

Postgraduate degree in MBA (HR specialization) or a related field

Minimum of 8 years of progressive HR experience, preferably in retail or textile sectors

In-depth understanding of HR practices, employment law, and modern HR systems

Strong leadership and people management capabilities

Exceptional interpersonal, problem-solving, and communication skills

Ability to work collaboratively across departments with a hands-on attitude
