Job Description

We are looking for a friendly, organized, and professional Receptionist to be the first point of contact for our clients. As the face of our company, you will play a key role in creating a welcoming environment and ensuring the smooth day-to-day operations of our front desk. Key Responsibilities: Greet and welcome clients, visitors, and staff in a warm and professional manner Answer and direct incoming phone calls and emails promptly Schedule appointments and manage calendars Maintain a tidy and organized reception area Handle administrative tasks such as data entry, filing, and managing office supplies Assist with onboarding new clients and maintaining client records Coordinate communication between clients and staff Support other administrative duties as needed Qualifications: High school diploma or equivalent; additional certification in Office Management is a plus Proven work experience as a Receptionist or similar role Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Strong organizational and multitasking abilities Friendly, professional demeanor and a positive attitude Job Type: Full-time Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹21,747.79 per month Language: English (Preferred) Work Location: In person
