Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop, update, and enforce HR policies and procedures.
  • Ensure legal compliance with labor laws , regulations , and company policies .
  • Handle grievances , disciplinary actions, and conflict resolution.
  • Administer employee benefits and resolve related issue.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Human Resources Management , Business Administration ,or related field.
  • Minimum 2 Years Experince .

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
