The ideal candidate will be responsible for leading the entire HR function with a strong focus on payroll management, statutory compliance, employee relations, and HR operations. Key Responsibilities:Oversee monthly payroll processing ensuring 100% accuracy and timely disbursement. Ensure full statutory compliance related to PF, ESI, Bonus, Gratuity, Labour Laws, etc. Coordinate with finance and external vendors for audits and salary-related queries. Maintain accurate employee records and manage HRMS/payroll software. Handle all labour law documentation and filings as per factory and government regulations. Liaison with government bodies and auditors during inspections or compliance checks. Manage employee grievances and industrial relations, especially in a factory setting. Oversee recruitment, onboarding, and training processes for new hires. Design and implement HR policies and SOPs in line with company and legal requirements. Support workforce planning and productivity improvement in collaboration with plant heads. Key Requirements:Graduate/Postgraduate in HR or related field (MBA preferred). 8–15 years of HR experience, with at least 5 years in a manufacturing setup. Strong experience in payroll, compliance, and labour law. Proficiency in HR software, Excel, and compliance tools. Ability to work under pressure and manage a high-volume workforce. Knowledge of Tronica City and UP labour regulations is a plus. Remuneration:Attractive salary as per industry standards.
