Senior HR Manager

Job Summary:The HR Manager is responsible for overseeing all human resources activities while managing client relationships to ensure high levels of satisfaction and service delivery. This role requires balancing strategic HR leadership with proactive client management to support organizational goals. Key Responsibilities:Ø Develop and implement HR strategies aligned with business objectives. Ø Manage end-to-end recruitment and onboarding processes. Ø Oversee performance management, employee engagement, and retention initiatives. Ø Ensure compliance with labor laws and HR policies. Ø Handle employee relations, conflict resolution, and grievance management. Ø Design and implement training and development programs. Ø Maintain compensation and benefits administration. Ø Foster a positive, inclusive, and productive workplace culture. Ø Serve as the primary point of contact for key clients. Ø Build and maintain strong, long-lasting client relationships. Ø Understand client needs and ensure services meet or exceed expectations. Ø Coordinate with internal teams to deliver seamless client service. Ø Address and resolve client issues or concerns promptly and professionally. Ø Monitor client satisfaction and identify opportunities for improvement. Ø Prepare and present client reports, proposals, and updates to management.  Requirements and Skills:Ø Proven experience as an HR Manager or in a similar HR & client-facing role. Ø Strong understanding of HR best practices, employment law, and processes. Ø Experience in client management, customer service, or account management. Ø Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ø Ability to build trust and maintain relationships with employees and clients. Ø Problem-solving and conflict-resolution abilities. Ø Strong organizational and multitasking skills. Ø Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
