Job Title: Senior HR Manager Experience Required: 6+ Years Location: Mohali (Work from Office Only) Education: MBA in Human Resources (mandatory) Job Description: Minimum 6 years of experience in HR, with strong exposure to IT recruitment and people management Must have worked with an IT company and handled hiring for technologies like PHP, Python, Java, React.js, Node.js, Unity, Android, iOS, Flutter, QA, and Business Development End-to-end ownership of recruitment process including sourcing, screening, interviews, and offer rollouts Strong understanding of job portals, LinkedIn sourcing, and maintaining a talent pipeline Hands-on experience in drafting and implementing company policies, HR manuals, and process documentation Lead performance management cycles including goal setting, reviews, and feedback sessions Manage the entire employee lifecycle from onboarding to exit formalities Handle employee grievances, conflict resolution, and disciplinary actions professionally Drive employee engagement activities, retention strategies, and team-building initiatives Coordinate with department heads for workforce planning and training needs Ensure compliance with labor laws and maintain HR-related documentation and reports Strong leadership, communication, and decision-making skills with the ability to influence at all levels Must be a people-centric, approachable HR professional with strategic thinking abilities Job Type: Full-time Pay: ₹16,496.16 - ₹73,730.76 per month Benefits: Flexible schedule Provident Fund Schedule: Day shift Education: Master's (Preferred) Location: Mohali, Punjab (Preferred) Work Location: In person
