👨‍💻 Role Overview

We’re looking for a hands-on senior full stack developer with solid experience in Django, React.js, and Solr (search engine) to join our core product team. You’ll build large-scale backend systems, optimize data pipelines, integrate search intelligence, and enhance platform performance.

Must-Have Skills

5+ years of strong full stack development experience

Backend: Python, Django (REST Framework)

Frontend: React.js (with hooks, Redux, or context API)

Strong command over Solr indexing/search setup, schema design, filter/query tuning

Proficiency with PostgreSQL, MongoDB, Redis, Docker, Git

Solid understanding of API authentication (JWT/OAuth2), role-based access, etc.
