Job Summary

Digital Marketing Specialist

Key Responsibilities

  • Plan and execute 360° digital marketing campaigns (Search, Social, Display, Email, etc.)
  • Develop performance marketing strategies focused on ROI, ROAS, and CPA targets
  • Lead campaign optimization on Google Ads, Meta, LinkedIn, and other platforms
  • Analyze data from Google Analytics, Meta Insights, and reporting dashboards
  • Prepare strategy presentations, campaign reports, and insights for clients
  • Manage paid media budgets across client accounts
  • Stay updated on trends in AI, Martech, Google algorithm updates, and consumer behavior
  • Collaborate with content, design, and SEO teams to drive holistic results
  • Mentor and guide junior marketers and interns

Requirements

  • 5+ years of hands-on experience in digital marketing (agency background preferred)
  • Expertise in Google Ads, Facebook/Meta Ads, YouTube, LinkedIn, and Programmatic
  • Strong analytical mindset and advanced Excel/reporting skills
  • Knowledge of tools: Google Tag Manager, GA4, Meta Events Manager, SEMrush/Ahrefs, Mailchimp/Sendinblue
  • Excellent communication and client presentation skills
  • Experience in building performance dashboards (Data Studio, Looker, etc.)

Bonus Skills

  • Experience with CRM and automation tools like HubSpot, Zoho, MoEngage, or WebEngage
  • Experience in influencer campaign strategy and tracking
  • Familiarity with eCommerce (Shopify, WooCommerce) or app marketing
