:
- In-depth Windows (2016 and higher versionsWin11 & Higher versions) Linux & High Availability, Load Balancing, and Disaster Recovery.
- Exchange, Security products, MCSE, AWS, Hyper -V, Nutanix, Citrix, SAN, NAS, virtual Platform experience. ITIL, Cisco IPT (not must but good if have expertise).
- Troubleshooting complex issues
- Hands-on experience on configuration management like Ansible, terraform.
- Ability to install and manage multiple application environments.
- In-depth knowledge of Server hardware, Lenovo Laptops hardware
- In-depth networking background
- VPN Endpoint troubleshooting.
- 24/7 Support.

Job Functions:
- Responsible for setup, configuration, and troubleshooting of complex Windows environments (e.g., clustering, high availability, load balancing, etc.).
- Support cloud infrastructure on AWS/ azure platform.
- Hands on experience on Backup and restore technology.
- Handle IT project role out in Server domain.
- Configuring and maintaining Hyper V
- Configuring and managing Antivirus.
- O365 configuration and management.
- VPN configuration and management
- Monitoring and configuring logging of devices, endpoints,
- Troubleshooting knowledge of windows and hyper V cluster
- Managing load balancing devices.
- Configuring and managing Storages as SAN, NAS.
- Troubleshooting issues on replication at windows and storage level.
- Worked on Azure AWS / Hyper V platform / Nutanix Hypervisors
- Performance monitoring of servers (Disk space, usage, CPU & Memory usages).
- Blue dump analysis
- Troubleshooting port communication/ depletion issues.
- Configuring Print Servers
- Patching Servers using WSUS /tools
- New server VM builds & in place OS upgrades
- File & Print server's migration
- Maintaining Auditing and logging of servers and endpoints.
- Installation and configuring network services like Active Directory, DNS, DHCP, File & Print in windows Servers
- configuration management using Ansible, terraform.
- Troubleshooting AD replication issues.
- Managing AD,GPO,DNS & DHCP
- Managing Hyper-V environment.

- Willing to work 24/7 environment. Must be flexible to work on weekends and after business hours, if required.
