Senior Architect – Job Description Position: Senior Architect Location: Raja Rajeshwari Nagar, Bangalore. Employment Type: Full-time Department: Architecture / Design / Engineering Reports to: Director of Architecture / Chief Architect About the Role We are looking for a highly experienced and innovative Senior Architect to lead complex design projects from concept to completion. This role involves cross-functional collaboration, design leadership, and mentoring junior team members. You will play a critical role in shaping architectural strategies that align with our company vision and project goals. Key Responsibilities Lead the planning, design, and development of high-level architecture for projects Manage architectural documentation from concept through construction Collaborate with engineers, clients, and stakeholders to ensure functional and aesthetic goals Conduct site analysis and feasibility studies Ensure designs comply with building codes, regulations, and sustainability standards Mentor and guide junior architects and designers Review project proposals and plans to ensure alignment with client needs and organizational goals Oversee the selection of materials and systems in alignment with project requirements and budget Utilize architectural software tools such as AutoCAD, Revit, Rhino, SketchUp, and BIM Requirements Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Architecture 8+ years of experience in architectural design and project delivery Proven experience in leading projects Strong understanding of building systems, construction techniques, and zoning regulations Excellent leadership, presentation, and communication skills Proficient in architectural design tools (AutoCAD, Revit, Adobe Creative Suite, etc.) Passion for innovation, sustainability, and client satisfaction
