Senior Architect

Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Architect to lead the design and execution of architectural projects within our construction firm. The ideal candidate will oversee the entire architectural process from concept to completion, ensuring high-quality design, technical accuracy, and alignment with client goals and regulatory requirements.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead architectural design for residential Projects.
• Collaborate with clients, consultants, engineers, and contractors to understand project requirements and develop innovative design solutions.
• Prepare and review architectural drawings, plans, models, and specifications.
• Ensure compliance with local building codes, zoning laws, fire regulations, and other related requirements.
• Oversee and guide junior architects, draftsmen, and design teams throughout all project phases.
• Conduct site visits and inspections to monitor construction progress and ensure adherence to design intent.
• Coordinate with project managers and construction teams for smooth project execution.
• Manage timelines, budgets, and resources related to architectural aspects of the project.
• Stay updated with latest design trends, materials, technologies, and sustainable practices.

Qualifications & Requirements:

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Architecture from a recognized institution.
• 5+ years of experience in architecture, preferably within a construction firm.
• Strong understanding of construction processes, building systems, and materials.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and project management skills.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹60,000.00 per month
