Role Overview

Mid-Level Design Architect

Key Responsibilities

• Support concept design development across multiple projects
• Translate ideas into compelling visual and architectural narratives
• Collaborate with global teams on design iterations, reviews, and critiques
• Prepare visualizations for presentations
• Maintain awareness of local regulations, cultural contexts, and design trends
• Work across project stages with strong focus on front-end design

Qualifications

• B.Arch or M.Arch degree from a recognized institution
• 5–6 years of experience in design-centric architecture firms
• Strong portfolio demonstrating concept design strength and design sensitivity
• Excellent communication and presentation skills
• Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a distributed team

Software Proficiency

• AutoCAD

  – for 2D documentation and technical drawings

• Rhino/ Grasshopper

  – for advanced modeling and form exploration

• SketchUp

  – for rapid massing and concept development

• Enscape / Lumion

  – for high-quality real-time rendering and visualization

• Adobe Creative Suite

  – for presentation decks
