Job Title: Project Architect /Senior Architect

Experience: 6 Years+

Reporting to: Project Head

Job Location: Goa

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Bachelors or Masters degree in Architecture.
• 6 + years of experience in architectural design and project execution.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, D5 Render, Enscape, Lumion, and other design visualization tools, M.S. Word suit, Adobe Suite
• Ability to collaborate with multidisciplinary teams and consultants.
• Strong communication and presentation abilities.

Job Description:

• Oversee the full architectural design process, from concept to completion, ensuring quality and compliance. Produce and review detailed drawings.
• Perform detailed research on historical references, architectural precedents, and site context and integrate it into design
• Use research-backed insights to strengthen client presentations and design reviews

• Project Coordination & Collaboration

a. Collaborate and coordinate with internal architectural team and external consultants (MEP, Structural etc.) to align on design intent and project goals. Coordinate for timely completion of planned activities.

b. Address technical issues and provide design solutions during the project lifecycle. c. Prepare and review detailed working drawings and construction documents and ensure its accuracy and quality.

d. Conduct periodic site visits to monitor construction progress and ensure adherence to design specifications.

• Deliverable Planning & Execution

a. Plan and manage the timely delivery of design documentation, drawings, and presentation materials.

b. Ensure that project phases are completed on schedule and in line with quality standards.

c. Flag any scheduling discrepancies to the Team Leader and assist in resolving them.

• Client & Stakeholder Interaction: Communicate effectively with clients to understand their requirements and provide design solutions. Support client presentations and participate in design discussions. Ensure client feedback is incorporated into design revisions.
• Assuming full accountability for projects located in and around Goa, including undertaking necessary travel related to project requirements.
