Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the

  architecture, design, and deployment

  of PLC-based machine integration and centralized SCADA systems.
• Mentor, manage, and guide a small team of Application Engineers;

  assign tasks

  , monitor progress, and

  review technical deliverables

  .
• Act as the

  primary technical interface

  for customers – gather requirements, design tailored solutions, and manage escalations effectively.
• Ensure

  compliance with 21 CFR Part 11

  and collaborate with regulatory teams during audits.
• Develop

  enterprise reporting frameworks

  and

  historian data architectures

  to support real-time decision-making and analytics.
• Support the preparation of project documentation and technical deliverables in accordance with quality standards.
• Drive

  on-site commissioning, troubleshooting

  , and customer training at client sites across India.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Strong expertise in

  PLC programming

  , HMI/SCADA development, and field device integration.
• Hands-on experience with

  industrial communication protocols

  such as Modbus, Profibus, Ethernet/IP, OPC, etc.
• In-depth knowledge of

  IIoT standards

  and emerging technologies in industrial automation.
• Proven

  team leadership

  experience, including performance reviews, coaching, and task management.
• Excellent

  customer-facing

  and presentation skills; ability to manage and resolve escalations confidently.
• Demonstrated experience in

  21 CFR Part 11 validation

  processes and project delivery in regulated environments.
• Exceptional

  project management

  , risk handling, and multitasking abilities.
