Job Summary:

This is an exciting opportunity for a finance professional with a strong foundation in corporate accounting, VAT and tax compliance, and finance for UAE entities. The ideal candidate brings both technical expertise and a hands-on approach to supporting management across reporting, compliance, and decision-making.

Key Responsibilities

Financial Accounting & Reporting

• Lead month-end and year-end close processes across multi-entity, cross-border structures
• Prepare financial statements in accordance with IFRS/GAAP and oversee general ledger accuracy
• Manage intercompany reconciliations, accruals, and journal entries

Taxation & Regulatory Compliance

• Ensure accurate VAT filings, corporate tax submissions, and compliance with UAE financial regulations
• Liaise with external auditors, tax consultants, and banks for audits and regulatory matters

Budgeting & Analysis

• Support budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis for senior management
• Provide brand- or entity-level P&L reviews, cost center tracking, and profitability insights

Administrative & Cross-Functional Support

• Coordinate with HR for payroll inputs, onboarding support, and compliance tasks
• Mentor and train junior accounting staff or finance officers

Qualifications & Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field; CPA/ACCA/CA preferred

• 5–7 years of experience

  in a corporate accounting environment of UAE entities
• Proficiency in accounting software such as Quickbooks, Zoho books, SAP etc.
• Strong Excel skills
• Familiarity with VAT and corporate tax regulations in UAE
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work accurately under tight deadlines and manage high transaction volumes

Experience in handling multi-entity, cross-border operations is an added advantage
