Senior Accountant

Key Responsibilities:

• Maintain day-to-day accounting records, including data entry in Tally or any other ERP software.
• Prepare and manage GST returns, TDS, and other statutory compliance filings.
• Generate and process sales and purchase invoices, credit notes, and debit notes.
• Maintain and reconcile bank statements, vendor payments, and customer receipts.
• Monitor accounts payable and receivable and ensure timely settlements.
• Assist in monthly and annual closing of books of accounts.
• Prepare financial reports such as balance sheets, profit and loss statements, cash flow statements, etc.
• Coordinate with auditors during internal and statutory audits.
• Ensure compliance with company financial policies and procedures.
• Maintain documentation for taxation and company financial records.

Requirements:

• Qualification: B.Com / M.Com / MBA in Finance / CA Inter (preferred).
• Experience: Minimum 2–3 years of experience in a similar accounting role.
• Skills Required:
• Proficiency in Tally ERP, MS Excel, and accounting software
• Knowledge of GST, TDS, Income Tax, and other statutory laws
• Strong analytical and numerical skills
• Good communication and organizational abilities
• Ability to work independently and meet deadlines

Work Timings:

Monday to Saturday – 10:00 AM to 6:30 PM

As per industry standards and based on experience
