Responsibilities:

Conduct detailed keyword research to identify opportunities for organic growth.
Develop and implement SEO strategies to improve organic rankings and drive traffic.
Optimize website architecture, content, and landing pages for search engines and answer engines.
Perform technical SEO audits and work with developers to resolve issues.
Build high-quality backlinks and manage off-page SEO activities.
Monitor, analyze, and report on SEO performance using tools like Google Analytics, Search Console, SEMrush, Ahrefs, etc.
Stay updated with the latest trends, algorithm updates, and best practices in SEO and AEO.
Collaborate with the content and design teams to ensure SEO best practices are implemented across new and existing content.
Identify and optimize for featured snippets, people-also-ask, and other SERP opportunities.
Implement and improve structured data/schema markup for enhanced search and answer engine visibility.

Requirements:

2-4 years of hands-on experience in SEO, including AEO.
Strong understanding of search engine algorithms, ranking factors, and SEO industry trends.
Experience with SEO tools like Google Analytics, Search Console, SEMrush, Ahrefs, Screaming Frog, etc.
Knowledge of HTML, CSS, and website CMS platforms (WordPress, Shopify, etc.) is a plus.
Proven track record of improving organic traffic and keyword rankings.
Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
Up-to-date knowledge of AEO strategies, featured snippets, and schema implementation.

Preferred:

Experience in local SEO and multi-location strategies.
Basic knowledge of CRO (Conversion Rate Optimization).
Familiarity with AI-driven content optimization tools.
