Salesforce DevOps Engineer

About the Role:
We are seeking a skilled Salesforce DevOps Engineer to streamline and enhance our Salesforce development and deployment processes. You will be responsible for automating CI/CD pipelines, managing version control, ensuring code quality, and optimizing the overall Salesforce release management process. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of Salesforce development, DevOps tools, and best practices to drive efficiency and reliability in our Salesforce ecosystem.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design, implement, and maintain CI/CD pipelines for Salesforce development.
• Automate deployment, testing, and monitoring processes to improve efficiency.
• Manage source control using Git, Bitbucket, or similar version control systems.
• Ensure proper branching, merging, and versioning strategies.
• Work closely with Salesforce developers, admins, and architects to enhance DevOps practices.
• Monitor and optimize Salesforce environments for performance and scalability.
• Troubleshoot and resolve deployment issues and technical roadblocks.
• Implement best practices for security, compliance, and governance.
• Stay updated on the latest Salesforce DevOps tools and industry trends.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
• 3+ years of experience in Salesforce DevOps, Release Management, or related roles.
• 5+ years of overall Salesforce Experience
• Proficiency in Salesforce development lifecycle and deployment methodologies.
• Hands-on experience with CI/CD tools like Jenkins, Copado, Gearset, AutoRABIT, or similar.
• Strong understanding of Git-based version control workflows.
• Experience with scripting languages such as Bash, Python, or PowerShell.
• Familiarity with Salesforce Metadata API, SFDX CLI, and Salesforce DX.
• Knowledge of Agile and DevOps best practices.
• Excellent problem-solving, communication, and collaboration skills.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Salesforce certifications ( Platform Developer 1 , Platform Developer 2, Administrator).
• Knowledge of security and compliance best practices in Salesforce DevOps.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: Up to ₹1,300,000.00 per year
