Salesforce Solution Architecture

Location: Pan India

Mandatory Skills:

Salesforce Solution Architecture & Design

• Develop and architect scalable, secure, and high-performing Salesforce solutions.
• Design and implement Salesforce data models, object relationships, and automation.
• Define and enforce governance, security models, and best practices.
• Provide architectural guidance on Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), Flow, and API development.

Technical Leadership & Collaboration

• Lead Salesforce development teams, ensuring adherence to architectural guidelines.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders, developers, admins, and product managers to define and implement solutions.
• Conduct code reviews, provide mentorship, and enforce best coding practices.
• Drive adoption of DevOps, CI/CD, and test automation strategies for Salesforce development.

Integration & Data Management

• Design and oversee Salesforce integrations with external applications (e.g., ERP, marketing automation, data warehouses).
• Optimize API architecture (REST/SOAP, MuleSoft, Platform Events, Streaming API, etc.).
• Ensure data quality, governance, and compliance (GDPR, HIPAA, SOX, etc.).
• Lead data migration and transformation efforts during Salesforce implementations.

Platform Optimization & Innovation

• Stay updated on Salesforce releases, new features, and emerging technologies.
• Evaluate and recommend AppExchange solutions or custom development approaches.
• Drive automation and AI-powered enhancements (Einstein Analytics, AI/ML integrations).

Documentation & Compliance

• Maintain technical documentation, system diagrams, and architectural artifacts.
• Ensure Salesforce solutions comply with security, regulatory, and industry standards.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent experience.

• 10+ years of experience in Salesforce development, administration, and architecture.

• Strong expertise in

  Salesforce Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Experience Cloud, and Platform.

• Hands-on experience with Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), SOQL, SOSL, and Flow.
• Experience with

  Salesforce integration patterns (REST/SOAP APIs, MuleSoft, ETL tools).

• Proficiency in data modeling, security architecture, and performance optimization.
• Strong knowledge of

  Agile methodologies, DevOps, and CI/CD for Salesforce.

Preferred:

• Salesforce Architect Certifications (e.g., Salesforce Certified Technical Architect, Application Architect, System Architect).
• Experience with Salesforce Marketing Cloud, CPQ, Field Service, or Einstein AI.
• Familiarity with AWS, Azure, or GCP integrations with Salesforce.
• Experience leading Salesforce migrations, digital transformation, or enterprise-level projects.
