Job Description

Job Roles of a Sales Trainer: 1. Training & Development: Design and deliver sales training programs for new hires and existing sales staff. Conduct workshops, role-plays, and seminars to improve sales techniques and product knowledge. Update training materials to align with changing products, services, and market trends. 2. Performance Monitoring: Evaluate the effectiveness of training through tests, feedback, and sales performance metrics. Identify skill gaps and provide targeted coaching to improve individual and team performance. 3. Sales Process Improvement: Develop and implement standardized sales practices. Ensure the team follows best practices for customer engagement and closing deals. 4. Collaboration: Work closely with sales managers, marketing teams, and product departments to understand training needs. Assist in setting sales goals and strategizing for improved performance. 5. Motivation & Mentorship: Encourage and motivate the sales team to reach targets. Act as a mentor to help team members grow their careers. 6. Reporting & Feedback: Maintain records of training sessions and outcomes. Provide regular feedback to management on team readiness and development needs. 7. Technology & Tools Training: Train sales teams on CRM tools, digital platforms, and sales automation software.
